A Branding and Growth Success: Minimum's Web Redesign
Discover how Minimum's website redesign, focused on branding, user experience, and SEO, drove a 19% growth in web visits and a 10% increase in conversion in just 3 months.
We're thrilled to share the incredible results we've achieved at Minimum since launching our new website. In just 3 months, we've experienced significant growth, thanks to a redesign focusing on the power of strong branding and web design, web organic positioning strategy, and impeccable user experience.
A few months ago, at Minimum, we faced new visual and narrative challenges due to our growth and evolution in recent years. However, our website hadn't evolved with us; it didn't properly reflect our current values or effectively communicate our focus on business growth and range of services. Hence, we decided to start working on a new website to address these issues.
Pain Points Recap
Identified Pain Points:
Outdated Visuals: The outdated visual design didn't represent the company's current image. We needed a redesign.
Ineffective Communication: The website's structure and narrative no longer clearly conveyed the benefits of Minimum's services or our structured process to help clients grow.
Conclusion: We needed a new website in every aspect.
Design Process
During the design process, the following key areas were highlighted:
New Identity for Minimum: We needed to migrate towards something current, digital, and build a new identity applicable across various channels, homogenizing our image. We created new templates for social media, aiming for the elegance befitting a mature and well-positioned brand.
Gradients and Graphic Resources: While still using our characteristic purple, we sought more digital applications that could coexist with that color, perceived as clean and digital. Hence, the idea of gradients was born, allowing us to use color while maintaining a highly digital aesthetic focused on user experience.
References: Telling the Process: If before we showcased the outcome, in this new era, we focused on telling our process, as that's where we add value. Centered on values, we communicate our culture, our process, and everything we do with our clients. From start to finish, adding value at different scales and processes.
"Our website redesign wasn't just about images and colors. We managed to develop a narrative that tells our story and shows how we help our clients grow."
Landbook Feature

Organic Positioning Process
In the organic positioning and SEO area, we've implemented numerous improvements from an extensive list we're still working on. So far, we have:
Deindexed irrelevant subdomains from minimum.run.
Image optimization: Reduced the size of over 20 images weighing more than 1 MB.
Fixed errors in the homepage header structure (too many texts tagged as H2, H3, etc.).
Marked policy pages and similar with 'nofollow' (though not mandatory, it's recommended).
Worked on fixing empty and duplicate H1s.
Avoided language mixing (found Spanish entries within the domain defaulting to English).
Resolved ghost errors (portions of text within the code not appearing on the visible page for the user but present in the code).
Reviewed and updated the SEO checklist.
Defined blog topics based on keywords and generated a private library for the team.
Created a category organization for the blog in an internal presentation.
The entire web architecture has been designed focusing on search engine positioning, as well as the messages used on the landing page.
Thanks to the website's renovation with extensive design and narrative work focused on usability and a carefully structured approach to organic search engine positioning, we've achieved significant improvements in just three months:
+19% website visits
+16% page views
+10% conversion rate
Web performance: 98/100 compared to 80/100 in the previous 3 months
Later on, we'll upload an updated use case, as SEO requires much more time to yield good results, as we discuss in this article.
